A digital certificate, valid for one year.
APPs receive privileged information from ICSRM about certification updates prior to this information being made available to the public.
Direct training requests to ICSRM are shared with active APPs in order to assist in establishing new connections between APPs and prospective new clients.

Becoming an Authorized Preparation Provider
Stage 1 – Initial discussion
Once you register your interest in our APP program using the contact form below, a business development manager will help you evaluate your readiness to apply.
Stage 2 – Completing your application with payment
To apply, you will need to complete our application form, answering the questions as fully as possible. Here you will explain how your organisation meets the Authorized Preparation Provider Standard.
Stage 3 – The assessment
Your application will be sent to an assessor who will assess whether it meets the Authorized Preparation Provider Standard. An online ‘site visit’ might be arranged to clarify any outstanding issues.
Stage 4 – Assessment decision
Our assessor will complete a report, making recommendation to ICSRM. We will inform you promptly of the outcome. You will receive a copy of the report and advice on areas that require development in order to meet the standards of endorsement, if necessary.
Stage 5 - Continuous Assessment
Once your organisation has been awarded ICSRM authorized preparation provider status, a continual assessment approach will be adopted by ICSRM.
We monitor APPs’ performance against our requirements and standards, including for learning materials, course delivery, trainer credentials, feedback mechanisms, policies and procedures. This gives the APP and their participants confidence in the quality of the learning provision.
