Your dedicated Partnership Relationship Manager

As a Corporate Member you’ll have a Partnership Relationship Manager (PRM). You will have regular meetings with your PRM who will:

  • Act as a consultant to enhance your customer service and relationship management capacity and capability.

  • Understand your ongoing business needs and match our resources appropriately.

  • Assist in raising awareness of our resources within your customer service and relationship management community.

  • Introduce you and your team to other members of staff at our head office, other Corporate Members, our volunteers and professionals in the wider community.

  • Keep you up to date with what’s going on at ICSRM and the wider profession.

  • Support you through the Corporate Accreditation process.
