We are always on the lookout for training centres that would like to become an ICSRM Approved centre. By becoming an approved centre, you can allow your candidates to take the Institute of Customer Service and Relationship Management certification courses. The courses that we provide can be located within the certification section of our website.

To become an ICSRM Approved Centre, simply register with us by filling the contact information below. Once you have done this we’ll send you a confirmation email and you can start the process.

Step 1: A confirmation email is sent once your application form is received in the office.

Step 2: If the application is correctly completed then the form is processed in 3 days.

Step 3: Once the application has been processed, an email confirmation will be sent.

Step 4: The New Member documents can take between 14-30 working days to arrive so long as the address is in the UK, International members should allow more time for these to travel through the International Postal system.

Please note:
If your application is incomplete (i.e: missing documents, information etc), then the processing of the application will be delayed OR if an application needs to go to the Membership Committee for grading, then processing of the application can take up to two weeks.
